Valentina began her business in 1970 when, together with her husband Giancarlo Vason, she purchased 10 hectares of vineyards on the Valpolicella hills. The practice, at the beginning, in the cellar and in the field reflected the tradition of the area, but later experienced a process of innovation that led to the organic certification in 2014. Respect for the environment and ecosystem are the trump cards for Valentina. This is a true reflection of the concept that "a great wine is not born in the cellar, but in the vineyard“.
