A pack for one of our favourite grapes on this Earth - Chenin Blanc. It can be rich and powerful, but still have lots of acid, occasionally backed up by some awesome botrytis (noble rot). It can be light and elegant. It can be sweet and sparkling. On top of that, most can age gorgeously for decades.

Millton’s Chenin is fresh, a little nutty, almost a sake-like character, juicy and slightly flinty. Citrus acidity and flavour, and a long gently slippery umami-laced finish. Bang on. Having one of the longest growing seasons in New Zealand, Waipara is ideal for producing ripe Chenin that's capable of retaining acid effortlessly. A very nice, fresh and focused Chenin from Black Estate with terrific balance between the ripeness, body and acidity.
Pineau de la Loire is the local historical name for Chenin Blanc, which is in this case sourced from AOC Touraine. Thunder in a glass. Jean-Christophe Garnier is another master of this grape in the Loire. Both his wines are lifted and crunchy. Textural and refreshing. Great with food.
Last but not least – a suuuuper light style of a Catalan Chenin coming from Artesano Vintners. Fun, fun.
