Château Saint-Anne is a historical domain located in Bandol, one of the top appellations of Provence. It reached cult status in the late 1970s when François Dutheil worked closely with likeminded vignerons Marcel Lapierre, Thierry Puzelat, Pierre Overnoy, and Gramenon. These founding members established the l’Association des Vins Naturels (AVN), paving the way for the current worldwide natural wine movement. Located on the northeastern part of the Bandol AC, the estate enjoys a cool microclimate that brings ideal sugar-acid balance in the grapes.
