Sea Foam is as salty yet refreshing as ever made from 100% Vermentino. Notes of nashi pear, green apple, nectarine, frangipani, and a whiff of grassy freshness. Sea Foam is as close to the pure distillation of spring that Unico has ever released. Vibrant style, crunchy and vigorous in bubbles, mouthwatering finish. Brilliant.

Alexandre Giquel Mecanique des Fluides 2020
A sparkling Chenin Blanc aged 3 years on lees. Vineyard work done purely using a horse plough. Bright, lightly savoury, green apple, chamomile. It’s kind of juicy, a bit wild, a little bit creamy, but with zippy acidity and a lively green apple and citrus finish of good length. Structured and nicely done in its style.

Wildman Piggy Pop 2022
A super interesting pet-nat coming from British-born Master of Wine (MW) Tim Wildman. Combo of red fruit and florals on the nose. Much more character on all fronts compared to the previous two vintages. The Nero d’Avola comes out on the palate with lots of cherries, raspberries and brined plums. Juicy and simple, just the right aperitif.

BK Wines ‘Petillant Natural’ Pinot Noir 2021
Fuller version of pet-nat compared to their Chardonnay. Floral, fruity style with bulbous, soft texture and light fizz. Scents of preserved lemon, frangipani, sugar-coated almonds. Similar flavours. It’s very thirst-quenching in style and super easy to drink, yet still delivers that light chew of nutty-savouriness and a little saline sizzle. Delicious, and fun.

Vin de Lagamba Frauenpower Rosé 2022
This latest release hails from a talented artisan, Alanna Lagamba. The grapes are carefully sourced from an emerging and promising vintner, Martin Woerner, adding an element of excitement to this creation. Expect a refreshingly fruity and airy rosé, dazzling the palate with its smooth texture and gentle tannins. The perfect companion for a leisurely outing to the great outdoors.

Cosmic Vinyaters Fades del Granit 2021
Juicy and electric pet nat rosé for sipping or glugging. Mix of Grenache, Carignan Blanc and Carignan Gris grown on granite soils. Lowest intervention practices possible: grapes are hand-harvested and de-stemmed before five days of skin-on maceration and some gentle pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks with end of fermentation in glass bottles.
