Jauma's Fujisan is a pet nat made from Chenin Blanc – a that work incredibly well on the Hills turf. Sirius White is pretty unusual, but pretty compelling too. Drink, drink, drink! We love seeing Zibbibo getting the exposure it deserves with Battista Belvisi being the right ambassador for it.
Full-bodied with a brush of tannins and moderate acidity. Staying in Sicily with SRC’s Nerello Mascalese reflecting the beauty of volcanic soils. So much life and energy to this. We then move south to Catalunya where we are greeted by a breezy Grenache from Artesano Vintners and 5-grape red blend from Partida Creus which is not deep in colour but veeery deep in flavour.
