We often wonder if there is anything substandard that Tom Lubbe and Roussillon can produce. A great winemaker surrounded by great terroir. After working for several South African estates, Tom sets foot into Calce and creates his first project in 2001. Beautiful but small plots of old vines, 15 hectares to pamper and accompany in complete freedom. The style of Tom Lubbe is refined year after year on these magnificent terroirs that reach up to 600 metres in altitude. The wines are precise, with intensity, freshness and depth.
