Janire & Patricio Moraza used to grow and sell grapes for the longest time before diving deep into winemaking. Their wines give new definition to Rioja, wines that transcend the realm of conventional, extracted, heavily oaked reds and whites. Their work puts focus on the complexity of their land and terroir. The Morazas work only with native varietals from Rioja, which are delicate and very sensitive to changes in climate, soil and altitude. Each varietal expresses its full potential in each parcel, resulting in wines of perfect balance of fruit and freshness.
