Alberto Nanclares started producing wine in 1997 in a small garage in beautiful Rias Baixas. In the beginning he farmed using chemicals, but soon moved away from herbicides and pesticides. Silvia Prieto was a consultant for many wineries in the area before joining Alberto in 2015 to produce some of the most precise and expressive Albariño in the country. Work in the winery and on the vineyards follows the same principles: minimal intervention, separate fermentations with indigenous, natural yeasts and moderate use of SO2.
