Barely 30 years of age, Ferrán Lacruz has been making wine since 2018, in a small hamlet of Sant Marti Sarroca, Penedès. Ferrán was born to a humble farming family, which to this day still grows and sells grapes to large Cavaproducing wineries. His goal is to produce clean natural wines that express his homeland with honesty. All his grapes are hand-harvested and his wines are bottled unfined, unfiltered, with zero addition of sulphur. For Ferran, the skin of the grapes is very important for aromas and texture, hence he only offers skin-contact wines.
